I was given NJS Design & Consulting contacts from a mutual friend in the building industry. My scope was undergoing a medium size house renovation & a large architectural designed storage facility. 

NJS Design & Consulting were engaged to complete the design, preliminary & final drawings to submit & work with the relevant council for all required details & approvals.

My Husband and I had planned to build our next home with my Mum (house + granny flat). The three of us had very specific wants and needs and we knew that it was going to be difficult to design a home that would work for everyone. We reached out to Nick as we had worked with him in the past and had a great experience with him. Nick worked very closely with us and provided us with several options to make the design of our home work. He was so helpful and flexible and always had a suggestion if something didn't quite seem to work. He made the whole house designing process so much easier than we thought it would be and we really enjoyed working with him. Unfortunately due to increasing land prices we had to change our plans and could no longer afford to build, but it will happen one day and when it does we will definitely go straight back to Nick to help us with the process.
